This plugin is free solution to solve “Missed Schedule” problem in WordPress:

Plugin  Installation

You can either install it automatically from the WordPress admin, or do it manually:
1. Unzip the archive and put the “byrev_fix_missed_schedule“  folder into your plugins folder (/wp-content/plugins/).
1. Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu (wordpress admin).

This plugin will check every 10 minutes, if there are items in the database that match the problem described. To not use too many resources in one session, only fix 30 items per session. All articles with problems will be solved in future sessions, until no longer exist.

    HI!

    I have tried the plugin and it worked very well on my server (dedicated server) but not on 1 and 1. And it is not the first thing that goes wrong with 1 and 1… Just for you to take note. Ciao!

    Thanks for the simple plugin solution as opposed to picking at wp code. I was chasing this for a while now. In my case it works great. I did reduce the interval to every 5 minutes though.
