Camsense change rules during the game = SCAM
Confidence trick, bunko, con, flim flam, gaffle, grift, hustle, scam, scheme, swindle or bamboozle:
[...] The confidence trickster often works with one or more accomplices called shills, who help manipulate the mark into accepting the con man’s plan. In a traditional confidence trick, the mark is led to believe that he will be able to win money or some other prize by doing some task (Wikipedia scam definition)
where
- “the mark” = you, me and other webmasters,
- “some task” = display of advertisements on our sites!
Staring with 1 December, 2009, CamSense (adult affiliate program of CC Network) change rules during “the game” :
* (2.1). An active affiliate (“Active Affiliate”) of CamSense, the administrator of the affiliate programs for the CCNetwork of sites, for this purpose is:
o One whose qualified spenders do not, in the aggregate, exceed chargebacks of 1 ½ % over a one (1) month period.
o One who has complied with the CamSense Customer Identification requirements set forth herein within thirty (30) days after becoming an affiliate or within sixty (60) days from a request by CC Network for such compliance for existing affiliates.
o One who delivers at minimum five (5) qualified spenders per month to a CC Network site,
* (2.2). CamSense has the option to discontinue the payouts for your referred visitors who have become qualified spenders on a CC Network site upon your failure to meet the criteria for an Active Affiliate over a two (2) month period.
* (2.3). Net spending shall mean the fees paid by the referred member to a CC Network site less refunds and chargebacks for such member, and chargeback fees and penalties assessed by the credit card associations against a CC Network merchant account caused by or resulting from, in whole or in part, excessive chargebacks by the members referred by you as a group.
* (2.4). For Chathosts who also refer traffic through CamSense, the administrator of the affiliate programs for the CC Network, the following terms also apply:
o If a visitor who is not a current qualified spender on one of the CC Network of sites (one who has not actively used a CC Network site within the past six months) uses your link to visit the CC Network of sites and then registers as a qualified spender, the referring Chathost is entitled to earn up to 30% on everything they spend on sessions with other Chathosts, provided that the Chathost continues to be an active Chathost.
o An active Chathost of the CC Network of sites, for this purpose is: One who has conducted live video sessions on CamContacts.com or a CC Network site at least once within a sixty (60) day period, and who conforms to age verification and all other Chathost terms & conditions.
The text say: qualified spenders per month NOT new qualified spenders per month and that can be interpreted … without 5 NEW qualified spenders will never get the money… never ever in this life !
This policy will affect everyone, not just new ones, and for me this is not right, not normal.
I signed a contract on certain terms and want to be to my advantage not only of the site. Many people already have started to complain, for that camsense canceled payments, even if their account had more money than the minimum payment. Camsense use my resources to make money, just camsense, not me !!!
More about this you can read here:

For me, Camsense became a scammer, and will close partnership with them – Hasta la vista, Camsense!

I have been affiliate since 2004 and it just makes no sense. They say some affiliates are working harder than others! Well that is why they get bigger cheques. I write them trying to offer some common sense in business but they do not have a clue. If anyone on the planet had an affiliate program would you rather 50 good hard working affiliates making you 20 million a year or 300 affiliates making you 40 million. It makes no sense at all and in the next 3 to 5 years we will see camcontacts lose profits and eventually die off. It is the dumbest marketing decision by any net company I have heard of. They rob the very people that made them viable.
Cmasense rules is a hidden SCAM scheme and must be REPORTED!
There are some NON-government organizations that can help: You can also report the problem to law enforcement agencies through the complaint form at the National Fraud Information Center/Internet Fraud Watch or 800-876-7060, TDD 202-835-0778. The information you provide helps to stop identity theft.

Camsense just changed rules in the middle of the game. They still havent cancelled my payments yet because it appears I have reached those goals, but I removed all my links to camsense sites because I know sooner or later I will not reach the goals and will loose all my affiliates I worked so hard to get for the last 9 years. Probably will be in the next payment cycle.
CAMSENSE = SCAM – I hope they loose all the customers like i will loose my affiliates
I have been scammed on Camcontacts, I have been at camsense since 2002 used alot of money to advertise my sites, was nr 2 at google with good keyword, Now i did earn to much so they change term and steal my signups

They paused my account because i did not reached the limit, plus they keep almost 1000 usd in my account locked and they refuse to send them to me even if this are comissions during the period when my account was active, before the 2 months period.
@bb , @Doomparr – best solution: spread the words “CAMSENSE SCAM” and we enjoy the pleasure decay camsense !
Hello,
I have been with Camsense.com for 6 years now and make an average of $4,000 per period. I´ve received over $400,000 from them over the past 6 years…If you know how to send targeted traffic, then Camsense.com is the affiliate program you should use. They have the best livecams in the industry and many clients stay with them for years. Is that amazing or what? So for those of you who think Camsense.com is a scam…you know it´s not true. If you can send targeted traffic, you will make lots of money. And if you who don´t know how to send targeted traffic, then email me at martin7454@gmail.com and I will be glad to help you setup with Camsense and show you how to make it work. All affiliates signed up under me will never be cancelled from their program for inactivity.
Kevin
Kevin, I made advertisement for CamSense/CamContcts … for more than 7 (SEVEN) years… My income was also good… they kicked me out. This is what they are calling “Lifetime member”.
My question to you … you are working in this company as an employee, and your job now it is to make “good PR” for them?
Take a look around and you will see how many they have kicked out in the last weeks, WITHOUT PAYMENT for their work.
